About Barb macken

I am where I am at today because of the countless people that have poured their heart and soul in me.  The people that made a difference in my life. I want to be a difference maker in yours.  

I grew up. in LeMars, IA and had the opportunity to grow up with 5 siblings and both parents.  The bond between are siblings is truly one like no other. I would not be where I am at today without them. They are a part of my story and the reason I am here.  

I currently live in Northwest Arkansas with a wonderful husband and beautiful girl that reminds us every day of the Power of a Positive Mindset and living life with grace and gratitude. My husband is the true meaning of love. He pours into everyone he sees each and every day. I am so thankful he chose me.  

Growing up and to where I am at today, I am so fortunate to have people believe in me and inspire me.  There are so many coaches, leadership, friends, and family that have never given up on me. For that I am thankful!

As a Life Coach, I want to empower and inspire my clients to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with their values. I believe that everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives. The risk factors we face in life are nothing more than an opportunity to grow.  I am here to support you on your journey towards personal growth and resilience.
